Dictation Methods
The
primary method of dictation that we provide is through
Dictaphone, which is very handy and user friendly. Once the
dictations have been recorded in the Dictaphone, it is very easy to
copy them into the computer and send them to our secure and high
speed servers. It is as easy as sending emails.
Transcription Process
Once the
dictations have been received on our servers, the
digitalized voice files are routed to one of our transcribers. Upon
completion, transcribed reports are received back in the office
where they are reviewed to meet quality assurance guidelines. After
completion of this process, the reports are released back to our
clients.
Quality
Control
The
transcribed reports produced go through different levels of QA
(Quality Assurance) to ensure the accuracy of the text. Medical
